For 15 days, starting April 15th, home buyers can get a $15,000 gift if they choose a home in any one of five new housing developments in Chicago. In addition, all who are new homebuyers (have not owned a home in three years) are eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $8,000.
With homes ranging from $150,000 to $450,000 in north, south and west side neighborhoods, you’re certain to find one that is perfect for you.
