Partnership Special Incentive
The Partnership for New Communities will provide a $10,000 grant to the first 100 buyers of available homes in one of seven Plan for Transformation mixed-income developments participating in this program. Any home that will be built by December, 31, 2008 and priced under $450,000 in the developments below is eligible for the incentive:
- Lake Park Crescent
- Oakwood Shores
- Parkside of Old Town
- Park Boulevard
- Roosevelt Square
- West End
- Westhaven Park
There are no income restrictions, but to receive the grant, buyers must sign a contract after September 1, 2008 and must own and occupy the property as a primary residence for a period of no less than three years in order for the grant to be forgiven. The homebuyer will be responsible for signing an annual affidavit to confirm occupancy status.
